What areas do you serve?
We serve all of El Paso, Texas and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, just send us a quick message—we’ll be happy to confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your rental at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. However, we sometimes accommodate last-minute requests if inventory allows.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is expected, but any significant damage or lost items may result in a replacement fee. We always review these situations fairly and with clear communication.
Do you set up everything at the event location?
Yes. For all tent rentals, our team handles full setup and takedown. For tables and chairs, we deliver stacked and ready—setup assistance is available upon request for an extra fee.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
No, we don’t require you to clean the equipment after your event. However, if any items are returned excessively dirty—for example, with mud, spilled food, or damage from misuse—a cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your help in keeping the equipment in good condition for the next event.
How do I know what size tent I need?
That depends on how many guests you’re hosting and whether you’re using tables, a dance floor, etc. We’ll help you figure that out based on your guest count and layout needs.
