What types of surfaces can tents be set up on?
Our tents are highly versatile and can be installed on a variety of surfaces, including grass, dirt, gravel, or concrete. If staking is not possible (like on pavement), we provide heavy-duty concrete blocks to safely secure your tent. During booking, we’ll ask about the location to ensure we bring the right equipment.
Do the packages include setup and takedown?
Yes. All our event packages include full delivery, setup, and pickup services. We’ll coordinate the delivery based on your event schedule and ensure everything is securely in place before your guests arrive. Once the event is over, our team will return to dismantle and collect all rented items—no hassle for you.
How far in advance should I book a package?
To guarantee availability—especially during peak seasons like spring, summer, and holidays—we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on inventory. It’s always best to secure your package early to lock in your date.
